Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing art.  It is a beautiful dance where body and space meet and new possibilities are formed.  The experience is one of a kind.  Acupressure, Stretching, Conscious Breathing, Range of Motion and Energy Work are mixed together into a soothing and healing experience.

For thousands of years this form of healing has been used to treat numerous ailments and discomforts as well as a tool for maintaining wellness. Diana incorporates 5 Element Theory from Shiatsu into her Thai Yoga Massage practice.  Note: Thai Massage takes place on a mat on the floor with client clothed.

Integrative Therapeutic  Massage

Diana’s ‘Table Massage’ is a blend of the following massage techniques, utilized to treat the clients needs: Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Connective Tissue Therapy (CTT)/Myofacial Release, (both NMT and CTT are Deep Tissue techniques), Kinesthetic Awareness thru Movement (KAM) is a movement based approach to massage that has a calming and re-educating effect on the nervous system, and Energy Therapy is applied to address physical pains and discomforts with a gentle approach.  Each session is unique and is created to address the needs of the client for that given day.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Medical Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a blend of deep (in terms of pressure) bodywork techniques, including: NMT (NeuroMuscular Therapy), CTT (Connective Tissue Therapy) also known as Myofacial Release, Passive Stretching with deep Acupressure as well as a blend of integrative massage strokes to offer a change of pace and variation of experience during the session. The goal is to release holdings in the muscular tissue, break up adhesions and scar tissue, bring greater range of motion between the muscles themselves and at the joints, and over all, to open up new possibilities for the client to experience their body.
